setlist still locked

I just completed the final step to get tracks and albums and setlist unlocked, is there a grace period before these changes are reflected on my account?

    Roger that Mission Control, Setlist is still Locked, ROKR name is rozzles, over.
    All in fun really I think this entire set up rocks and I am grateful cuz Guitar hero is my MANTRA and my stupid x smashed my XBOX ur providing psyco- therapy u are.rok on
